The debugging process of the high-pressure
Molding Machine needs to be carried out according to the following steps:
1. Check the equipment: Ensure that all components and connections of the high-pressure molding machine are installed correctly and there are no loose or damaged parts. Check if the connection between the power supply and hydraulic system is secure.
2. Adjusting the hydraulic system: Adjust the pressure and flow rate of the hydraulic system according to the requirements of the equipment. Adjust the stroke and speed of the hydraulic cylinder according to the process requirements.
3. Adjust temperature control: If the high-pressure molding machine requires heating or cooling, adjust the temperature control system to ensure that the temperature reaches the set value.
4. Adjust the mold: Install and adjust the appropriate mold according to product requirements. Ensure that the mold is installed correctly and fits well with the mechanical components.
5. Debugging program: Set and debug the molding program according to product requirements. According to process requirements, adjust parameters such as pressure, time, and speed to ensure product quality and forming effect.
6. Running tests: After debugging is completed, conduct trial runs and tests to observe the operation of the equipment and the molding effect of the product. Based on the test results, make necessary adjustments and optimizations.
